GINZA NOA CLINIC: Patient Information & Appointment Support
An independently operated patient support team for enquiries about GINZA NOA CLINIC in Tokyo. Explore clinic information, prepare questions and request appointment coordination. Medical assessment and treatment are provided by the clinic.
Stem Cell Therapy in Japan: the Costs, the Evidence, the Fine Print
Understand the clinic’s publicly listed treatment plans, self-pay costs and consultation process. Ask for an itemized written quotation: a treatment-plan filing is not PMDA product approval or proof of effectiveness.
Prepare for Your Clinic Consultation
Know which questions to ask, how to confirm a records request, and what to check before paying or travelling. An appointment request is subject to the clinic’s acceptance.
Three Reasons People Come Here. Pick Yours.

I’m looking into stem cell treatment
You have a diagnosis and you keep seeing stem cell ads. Before you believe any of them: what Japan has actually approved, what is only registered, and what a course really costs.

I want to prepare for a clinic visit
Start with your questions and preferred dates. Confirm the clinic’s acceptance, requested records, language arrangements and fees before travelling.

I want to understand NK-cell information
The clinic lists an NK-cell provision plan for prevention of malignant tumors. A plan name is not proof of prevention benefit. Research on treating existing cancer cannot establish cancer-prevention effects.
Not sure which one is your situation?
Describe it in a few lines. We will point you to the right guides and the numbers that apply.

“Every guide cites its sources. Every number names its origin. Every risk sits on the same page as the benefit.”
The editorial rule behind every GINZA NOA CLINIC guide

What to Confirm in Your Written Quote
The clinic’s public stem-cell and NK-cell pages describe self-pay care and individualized pricing. A current itemized price list supporting the earlier figures on this website has not been verified, so those figures are not presented as current quotations. Ask for the exact procedure, total in yen, tax, included services, payee and cancellation terms. Fee sources and quotation checklist →
Want the numbers that apply to your case?
Tell us what you want to ask the clinic. We can coordinate a quotation enquiry; clinical suitability and final medical charges must be confirmed by the clinic.
Clinic Care and Independent Patient Support.
This website is independently operated by the jpnstemcell.com Patient Support Team. We focus exclusively on information and appointment support relating to GINZA NOA CLINIC. The clinic provides medical assessment and treatment; our team handles non-clinical enquiries and appointment coordination. About the team’s role and clinic →
Website information is published by the patient support team. Clinic physician profiles are not claims of medical review. Research findings must be read with their study populations and limitations. Read the editorial policy.
Ask for a written breakdown identifying the clinic’s medical charges and any coordination or interpretation charge. We do not claim that support is free or that your total equals a direct-booking price.
Confirm the procedure, included services, taxes, payee, deposit and cancellation terms in your individual quotation. Read the relationship and fee disclosure.
PMDA review reports and MHLW records before marketing pages. Approval and registration are never blurred. The verification framework →
Every survival figure arrives with its trial name, patient group, and the caveat that it may not apply to you.
No jargon without explanation. Every price list carries the month we checked it.

GINZA NOA CLINIC, Ginza, Tokyo
Royal Crystal Ginza 3F, 5-4-6 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061. Three minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Ginza Station (Exit B6), five minutes from JR Yurakucho Station (Ginza Exit).
Gynaecology, internal medicine, dermatology, orthopaedic surgery and a pain clinic — the departments registered for the clinic under Japan’s Medical Care Act. For a specific condition, confirm the exact service and its evidence with the clinic rather than inferring availability from a research article.
The clinic runs its own cell processing centre (GINZA NOA CLINIC CPC). Under the Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has assigned it facility number FC3250034. An in-house facility is a location and processing detail; it does not by itself establish a better clinical outcome.
Monday to Saturday, 11:00–19:00. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Regenerative medicine is by appointment and runs on a referral basis, so tell us who referred you when you get in touch.

What has been filed — and what that does not mean
These are provision plans filed under Japan’s Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, and the facility number assigned to the processing centre. Each plan is reviewed by a certified committee for regenerative medicine before it is filed. Filing a plan is not the same as a product approval: a regenerative medical product needs separate marketing authorisation under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, and these treatments are provided as self-pay care rather than insurance-covered care. The plans above cover the treatments listed against them and nothing else. How the two routes differ →
Filed plans must be read together with the risks explained during your consultation. Not every patient is a candidate, and treatment is only provided after a physician has assessed your records and examined you.
What You Will Never Find on This Site
No miracle claims
Stem cells are not a cure-all and immunotherapy is not a guarantee. Where evidence is early-stage, we say early-stage — in the headline, not the footnote.
No invented statistics
Every number traces to a named trial, filing or price list with an access date. If a figure cannot be sourced, it does not appear.
No pressure to decide
We answer questions and hand you the framework. The decision — and the consultation — stays between you and licensed physicians.
